A two-hour hike through the Amazon rainforest brings us to the almost 1000m high and world famous waterfall Salto Angel. One of the most impressive natural spectacles of our planet. It is an incredible feeling to stand under the highest waterfall in the world and look up. Enjoy the sight of this natural spectacle. It will accompany you for a lifetime. We spend the night in the jungle, directly opposite Angel Falls in a hammock camp. The ideal place to internalize this fantastic tour once again and let it come to a harmonious end.

Day 1:

Early in the morning we leave Ciudad Bolivar in a small 5-seater Cessna. During the flight we have a fantastic view over Canaima. After arriving in Canaima, we cross the famous lagoon, which is fed by five waterfalls. It offers a wonderful photo-motif. In the afternoon we hike about 20 minutes to the impressive Salto Sapo, which we will walk behind. This is absolutely necessary bathing suit as we get wet. Our overnight stay is in a camp with beds. A warm dinner is served at the camp.

Day 2

Today we drive on the Carrao River towards Angel Falls. Depending on the water level, the ride takes 4 hours and during dry season, the men have to leave the curiara and push the boat over the stones. We get an unbelievable impression of Table Mountain in the Devil’s Canyon. Then we walk for 90 minutes to a viewpoint on the Angel Falls. It is an incredible feeling to be under the highest waterfall in the world. For lunch there is grilled chicken beside the river! Our overnight stay is in hammocks opposite of Angel Falls.
